As a Sales Coordinator within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and has a keen eye for detail and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and opportunity data.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation in collaboration with account managers.

Client Communication & Support

  • Respond to client inquiries, confirm orders, and provide after-sales support.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.

Order & Process Coordination

  • Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to track order fulfillment.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in forecasting and pipeline tracking.

Team & Event Coordination

  • Schedule client meetings, internal sales reviews, and promotional events.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and managed infrastructure is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably with exposure to procurement processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
