- Reviews entries for accuracy and completeness, identifies and corrects errors or discrepancies, and runs reports to check for inconsistencies.
- Organizes digital and physical files, categorizes data correctly, and maintains organized records according to company protocols.
- Collaborates with other departments to receive and verify data, responds to data-related inquiries, and escalates issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Generates and submits routine reports on data entry progress and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency with databases, data entry software, and scanning equipment.
- An eye for detail is crucial for checking and correcting data to ensure accuracy.
- Has the ability to organize files, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively is important for managing data efficiently.
- Clear and effective communication is needed for collaborating with teams and responding to inquiries.
