  1. Prepare cash vouchers, check vouchers , and journal vouchers with complete supporting documents.
  2. Record daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  3. Perform bank reconciliation and update cash position reports.
  4. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes (BIR).
  5. Maintain accurate filing and safekeeping of financial documents and vouchers for easy retrieval.
  6. Assist in inventory monitoring, cost accounting, and petty cash replenishment.
  7. Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned by the Accounting Manager or Top Management.

QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates are welcome).
  3. Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  5. Has good communication skills and can work with minimal supervision.
  6. Honest, responsible, and maintains confidentiality of financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
