We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves preparing, deploying, and maintaining desktops and laptops, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stage, configure, and prepare desktops and laptops for deployment.
  • Perform re-imaging, software installation, patching, and testing of devices prior to deployment.
  • Format, clone, and configure devices for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues.
  • Perform patching and other activities to maintain system health.
  • Assist with onsite support and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.
  • Handle IT service requests and incidents through a ticketing system.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with remote backend teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in desktop support or IT technical support is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and desktop hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with basic networking concepts and client-server architecture.
  • Knowledge in ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently in troubleshooting and resolving software/hardware issues.
  • Experience in IT desktop infrastructure management and network cabling is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
