About the Role
The Sales & Installation Manager oversees Blanc's full sales pipeline by managing both online sales associates (chat sales team) and site surveyors. This role ensures that clients receive fast responses, accurate technical guidance, and a smooth transition from inquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
Online Sales / Chat Team / Live Sellers
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of online sales associates handling inquiries on all platforms.
- Set sales targets, monitor conversion rates, and ensure fast response times.
- Oversee scripts, messaging quality, follow-ups, and proper client handover.
Site Surveyors
- Manage surveyor schedules, site visit assignments, and reporting quality.
- Ensure surveyors deliver accurate measurements, detailed assessments, and pre-sales support.
Align survey reports with sales requirements for accurate costing and feasibility.
Sales Ownership & Client Handling
Ensure overall sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly) are met or exceeded.
- Step in for high-value clients or escalated inquiries.
- Conduct or support client consultations, presentations, and site validations when needed.
Clarify products, packages, materials, timelines, and installation processes to clients.
Technical Oversight
Ensure survey data, measurements, and technical validations are accurate and complete.
- Bridge communication between sales, survey, design, and installation teams.
- Review feasibility and technical constraints before final costing and turnover.
Prevent installation issues by ensuring all technical details match client expectations.
Operational Coordination
Oversee the flow from inquiry → survey → closing → operations turnover.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation, and clear client commitments.
- Coordinate with project managers and designers for accurate scoping.
Recommend improvements to workflow, sales processes, and internal communication.
Reporting & KPI Tracking
Track and present sales performance, conversion rates, lead flow, and survey output.
- Monitor installation readiness and identify recurring technical issues.
- Provide insights for marketing and operations based on sales data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in sales, operations, or technical sales — preferably in renovation, construction, home improvement, or interiors, Real estate is possible.
- Experience managing a sales team is required.
- Strong understanding of renovation processes, measurements, materials, and installation workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
