Who are we:

Blanc Ventures Inc is in the business of flooring installation services, products and interior renovations.

Site Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to take accurate measurements of floors, walls, and other surfaces.
  • Assess site conditions (e.g., surface level, moisture, existing structures) that may affect installation.
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions prior to installation.
  • Prepare detailed site survey reports, sketches, and layout plans.
  • Document accurate dimensions and requirements to ensure correct material estimation and installation.
  • Provide data to support cost estimates and project quotations.
  • Work closely with sales, project managers, and installers to align survey findings with client requirements.
  • Provide clear site information for installation teams to ensure accurate fitting of flooring and wall fixtures.
  • Update teams on changes in site conditions or adjustments needed.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact during site surveys.
  • Explain survey findings, installation requirements, and any preparation needed on the client's side.
  • Ensure customer expectations are aligned with actual site conditions and installation plans.
  • Verify that site measurements and layouts comply with company standards and safety guidelines.
  • Check ongoing installation work to confirm accuracy versus the approved layout.
  • Operate and maintain surveying and measuring tools (e.g., laser measures, levels, tapes, digital survey equipment).
  • Ensure accuracy of equipment calibration and proper handling.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of any engineering course (except Industrial Engineering), Architecture or Interior Design
  • Plus point if with proven experience in a similar role about 1-2 years
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly and politely to customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office), and data entry.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous learning and training programs; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to travel with team in case client needs some customer service support

Job Type Details:

  • Full-time in Ortigas,
  • 6 days a week
  • Salary: starts at 18k, can increase depending on experience
