Instructional Designer – Sales Enablement

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer, Sales Enablement to support our global Sales Enablement team. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing high-impact training, content, and tools that help our Sales, ADR, and BDR teams perform at their best. You will work cross-functionally to ensure all content aligns with company strategy, sales processes, and selling methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate smooth and effective onboarding for new Sales hires.
  • Manage ADR/BDR tools, resources, and process documentation.
  • Create and package sales tools such as playbooks, guides, decks, and trainings.
  • Support the creation and delivery of sales courses, programs, and enablement initiatives.
  • Gather insights from Sales and Leadership to improve content and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and recommend enablement solutions.
  • Help define strategic goals and performance measurements for Sales teams.
  • Support implementation and tracking of training programs for effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of content, sales communications, and enablement materials.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency, automation, and standardization.
  • Measure and proactively recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to track deliverables and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering and facilitating training (preferably in Enterprise Software).
  • Strong experience in onboarding and continuous enablement for Sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of Adult Learning principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (LMS365 is a plus).
  • Skilled in creating digital storyboards and content for Sales Enablement.
  • Advanced experience with Colossyan for course creation.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for content and training enhancement.
  • Comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
  • Experience maintaining content libraries (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Experience with DAP platforms (WalkMe is a bonus).
  • Strong project management, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Experience creating process documentation and training materials.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
