Compensation and Payroll Management
Oversees accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Reviews reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and statutory compliance.
Coordinates with Finance for funding, reporting, and audit needs.
Manages salary structures, adjustments, promotions, and incentives.
Benefits Administration
Administers statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefits (leave, insurance, wellness plans).
Handles enrollment, renewals, claims, and vendor coordination.
Monitors leave balances, conversions, and reporting.
Evaluates and enhances benefit programs to support employee well-being.
Ensures timely renewal and communication of benefit coverages.
Records and Compliance
Maintains complete, accurate, and confidential employee records.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, and data privacy.
Prepares reports for government, audits, and internal monitoring.
Applies compensation and benefits policies consistently across departments.
Total Rewards Strategy and Analysis
Develops competitive total rewards strategies aligned with business goals.
Conducts salary benchmarking and benefits cost analysis.
Analyzes engagement and utilization data for continuous improvement.
Designs recognition and incentive programs to boost retention.
Team and Process Management
Leads payroll and benefits team for efficient, compliant operations.
Maintains SOPs for payroll and benefits administration.
Collaborates with HR and department heads to address compensation and benefits issues.
