HR Associate

The HR Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employees' Daily Time Records (DTR) and payroll. This role supports HR operations by maintaining organized timekeeping records, validating attendance data, and coordinating with various departments to resolve discrepancies. The HR Associate also assists in preparing payroll reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, review, and validate employees' DTRs and attendance records.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including earnings, deductions, adjustments, and benefits.
- Coordinate with supervisors and employees to address attendance or payroll-related issues.
- Maintain and update employee timekeeping and payroll files for audit and documentation purposes.
- Prepare payroll summaries, government-mandated reports, and other HR-related documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, payroll processing, or timekeeping.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping tools, and government-mandated benefits and contributions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Provide support to other HR functions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
