About the role

Kares International Commodities and Manpower Services' is seeking a talented Hotel Account Coordinator to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the delivery of services and resources to hotel clients, ensuring seamless implementation and effective communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and document all account activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to promote the company's services to hotel clients.
  • Participate in regular meetings and presentations to update management on account status and performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to hotel clients.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar account management or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • With knowledge and experience in timekeeping
  • With knowledge and experience in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant business tools.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends is preferred.
