Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Operations / Platform Assistant to support our operations team with a variety of straightforward, manual tasks within our advertising workflow platform.
This role is designed to take repetitive, time-consuming activities off the team's plate— allowing senior staff to focus on higher-value priorities and improving overall operational efficiency. Full training, documentation, and clear step-by-step instructions will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working with digital platforms while following detailed briefs with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Template Setup for New Customers (Demos)
Build and configure simple demo templates for prospective clients within a dedicated sample workspace.
- Follow established structures and setup steps—no complex technical skills required.
Complete demo builds in a timely and accurate manner, especially during periods of increased demand.
Basic Campaign Clean-Up
Review and tidy up campaign data, such as removing duplicate tags or correcting basic errors.
- Execute clean-up tasks as briefed to free the team for more complex work.
Some tasks may be scheduled during overnight hours depending on workflow and time zones.
Quality Control (QC) Support
Conduct basic checks of campaign setups using provided checklists.
- Verify details such as placements, naming conventions, or configuration settings.
Ensure all work meets internal accuracy standards before final review by senior team members.
Platform Administration & Maintenance
Deactivate or update user accounts from the platform based on the provided CSV lists.
- Archive campaigns according to clear criteria (e.g., by date or activity level).
- Support simple recurring tasks, such as weekly tagging activities within the Intercom system.
Qualifications
- Junior-level professional, eager to learn and grow in an operations or platform support role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when following instructions.
- Comfortable with repetitive and structured tasks.
- Basic understanding of web-based tools, CRMs, or digital admin systems (preferred but not required).
- Strong written communication skills and dependable response times.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
