What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide high-quality customer service
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  3. Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information to resolve customer problems
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
  6. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  4. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language
  6. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
