About the role

A System International Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic Call Center team as Call Center Representatives (CSR) in our Lahug, Cebu City office. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming calls from customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
  3. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to customers
  4. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent customer experience
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to process improvements
  6. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  4. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not mandatory
  6. Fluency in English and the local language (Cebuano/Tagalog) is required
