About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their team in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handling a diverse range of customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, concise information
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries
  • Basic knowledge of information technology, software, and hardware
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
