About the role

A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time, virtual role based in Apas Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following internal processes
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude throughout each customer interaction

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
