About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Detail Drafter to support hospitality projects ranging from 3-star to luxury properties. This person will be responsible for producing precise, construction-level drawings including architectural layouts, elevations, and detailed sections following US and Canadian standards. This is a full-time, remote role that requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Hospitality project experience is required.

Millwork experience is a strong plus, as many projects include built-in joinery, custom furnishings, and interior detailing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and update architectural and interior construction drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Produce detailed joinery and millwork drawings when required.
  • Interpret redlines, markups, and design sketches accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with project leads and interior designers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and documentation standards.
  • Maintain organized CAD files and drawing sets for multiple active projects.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with US and Canadian construction codes and hospitality brand requirements.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior detailing for hospitality projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of US and Canadian construction documentation standards.
  • Excellent technical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams.
  • Must be available for full-time, remote work during PST hours.
  • Experience preparing millwork or shop drawings for hotel or resort projects.
  • Familiarity with international hospitality brand standards and specifications.
