We connect highly skilled professionals in the Philippines with global clients, delivering high-quality project outcomes across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. We are seeking a Architectural Modeller with strong technical expertise and proven experience using Autodesk Revit. The successful candidate will collaborate with international clients, supporting architectural design, documentation, and BIM coordination. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality project outputs while working within a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed architectural designs, models, and documentation using Revit.
  • Collaborate with international clients and project teams on concept design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, interior) to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
  • Produce high-quality presentation drawings, technical documentation, and BIM deliverables.
  • Participate in regular online meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment.
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Requirements

Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate with strong technical experience.

Minimum 5 years professional experience using Revit in architectural practice.

Strong knowledge of architectural design, documentation, and construction processes.

Experience in international projects (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative global team.

Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup for remote work.
