Home-based Architectural Revit Drafter required for a leading boutique practice in Australia

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Revit Drafter who has worked on a mix of commercial and high-end residential Australian projects. This would include working on schools, commercial offices and multi-storey developments.

About:

Our client is a well established boutique Architectural firm who work with a range of leading contractors and developers on mid tier commercial projects and high-end residential developments. We're looking for an experienced Architectural Revit Drafter with previous Australian project experience to join our team and work from home in the Philippines. You will play a key role in creating 3D documentation,  rendering designs while working across a mix of  high-end projects.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Home-Based Architectural Revit Drafter who can work  autonomously and grow with our clients business while creating Revit documentation, rendered drawings and creating town planning packs. This is a long-term position that will offer the right employee growth, development, and an excellent long term potential.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Previous Australian Architectural draftingexperience
  • Minimum of 3+ years professional experience
  • First class Revit skills
  • Must have Strong written and spoken English skills
  • First class presentation skills with strengths in creating 3D Architectural plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Accountabilities include:

  • Excellent Revit skills are a prerequisite
  • The ability to create Revit families would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards/practice
  • Use sketchup and be able to create rendered drawings
  • Background in commercial, retail and luxury residential projects
  • Strong organisational and time planning skills
