Responsibilities

  • Design Development:

Plan and develop architectural designs, from initial concepts to detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for projects.
- Compliance:

Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Technical Coordination:

Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are constructible and feasible.
- Research:

Stay informed on industry trends, advancements in architectural technology, and sustainable design practices.
- Documentation:

Create and review project documentation, including blueprints, shop drawings, and permit responses.
