Who You Are

We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our full-cycle email marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on both outbound and nurture campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email marketing tools, a strong grasp of messaging best practices, and a proven ability to drive engagement through data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize cold email campaigns on Instantly for lead generation.
  • Run nurture campaigns on HubSpot for existing property management customers.
  • Develop and maintain HubSpot campaigns for prospective leads currently in the pipeline.
  • Oversee and execute outbound campaigns for security integrators.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow best practices for deliverability, messaging, and compliance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Utilize data enrichment tools (LinkedIn, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , etc.) to refine and expand prospect lists.

What We're Looking For​​​​​​​

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in email marketing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Instantly, and other email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach, nurture sequences, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools and prospecting methods.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, personalization tactics, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
