About the role

Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our corporate facilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and presentation of our premises.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors and service providers
  • Identify and address any building-related issues or defects in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including grounds keeping and custodial duties
  • Assist with the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices
  • Provide excellent customer service to all building occupants and visitors
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a building maintenance or facilities management role
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
  • Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment required for building maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can work with less supervisions
