Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Maintenance Manager located in Bacolod. The Building Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of building maintenance and ensuring facilities are well-maintained. This includes routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues promptly, managing facility budgets, and coordinating with office tenants. Effective communication with both maintenance staff and office tenants to ensure needs are met is crucial to this role.
