Work Set up: Hybrid (1 day F2F, 4 days WFH)

The Recruitment Associate plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process. They will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This role involves handling both internal hiring needs and client recruitment requirements when needed, offering broad exposure to different industries and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Post job openings on various job boards and platforms.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
  • With experience in BPO high volume hiring.
  • Willing to work a 9:00AM to 6:00PM schedule.
