Scope of the Role:

Screening & Selection

  • Review applications, administer assessments, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and endorse candidates to hiring stakeholders

  • Assess candidates for soft skills, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and screening notes.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure timely feedback from all stakeholders and maintain a positive candidate experience.

  • Administer assessments (e.g., numerical reasoning, language test, domain skill assessments, etc.) where required.

Collaboration & Partnership

  • Partner with HR and department leads to understand hiring requirements and role specifications.

  • Provide guidance to managers on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and negotiation strategies.

  • Support onboarding by ensuring smooth handover from Recruitment to Training.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
  • Keep accurate logs of candidate communications, pipeline status, and hiring progress.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience working as Talent Acquisition Associate or a similar role
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex job requirements

  • Work experience in agent hiring preferred

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • TSI Certification is a plus but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to manage large volumes of hiring
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Good time-management skills.
