We are looking for
Technical Sourcing Associate
is responsible for attracting and finding the best tech talent to enable the Human resources team to strengthen their recruitment process.

The overall objective of this role is to participate in talent search initiatives in support of the overall human resource strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Searching for technology talent through various Job portals, LinkedIn, Job street

● Passing high-quality technical candidates CV to our inhouse Senior Technical Recruiters

● Accurate candidate sourcing CV and engagement

● Understand the hiring requirements of niche technical sourcing roles assigned by reading the job descriptions

●Training will be provided

● This a great opportunity to learn the full technology recruitment process and receive extra commission for correctly sourced CVs

For successful candidates you will be given the opportunity to progress your career as a technical recruitment consultant.

● Conduct in-depth screenings

● Manage end to end recruitment for technology

● Uncapped commission

Qualifications

Strong communications English skills both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources or related field/equivalent required

Based in Manila

Salary expectation: 25,000php- 30,000php + cash bonus for sourcing
