We're looking for a
Recruitment Associate
to help us bring in the brightest and best talents who will drive the future of our iconic brands. At Dragon Edge Group, people are at the heart of everything we do—and you'll play a vital role in connecting the right talent to the right opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and engage at least 10 qualified candidates daily to build a strong and continuous pipeline
  • Ensure at least 90% of assigned positions are filled within agreed timelines, minimizing vacancy gaps
  • Manage end-to-end candidate communication with 100% timeliness and accuracy
  • Keep recruitment trackers updated and maintain proper filing of candidate documents
  • Support the business by delivering a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (open to fresh graduates with strong internship experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for trackers)
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, strong communication & interpersonal skills, and a team-player mindset
  • Open to a project-based engagement for 5 months
