What is your mission?

We are looking for a proactive Fleet Operations Associate to manage client and technician interactions, process parts orders, and support fleet operations. This sales-oriented role involves handling calls, emails, and warranty issues, while building quotes, sourcing parts, and creating purchase orders. Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong client-facing skills, and a background in automotive or dealership environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to technician and fleet customer phone calls
  • Manage fleet client and vendor emails
  • Build quotes for fleet clients and source parts availability
  • Order parts, create purchase orders, and manage parts returns
  • Properly modify jobs to ensure accurate closure
  • Support technician ledger adjustments
  • Work with Slack, TalkDesk, and vendor websites
  • Handle customer warranty and third-party warranty jobs/issues
  • Provide cross-trained support across performance gaps

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in any business or technical field
  • Sales experience in client-facing roles (required)
  • Automotive knowledge or dealership/service advisor background preferred
  • Experience in BPO + automotive industries highly valued
  • Hands-on repair experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
