About the Role

The Finance Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of daily client fund transactions and other operational finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support) and external parties (e.g., banks and payment service providers) to investigate and resolve transaction-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update financial data in trading and accounting systems to ensure records are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Monitor trading accounts for irregularities or inconsistencies and assist in resolving discrepancies and identifying root causes.
  • Take ownership of assigned daily tasks and contribute to a zero-error culture within the Finance Operations team.
  • Support general finance operations, reporting, and ad-hoc requests in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by learning new systems, tools, and processes relevant to FinOps.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling financial or numerical data.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of accountability and integrity, especially when working with sensitive financial information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial systems or databases.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must have full working rights in the Philippines.

Desired:

  • Prior experience in finance operations, back-office, client funds, or payments-related roles.
  • Familiarity with CFD, FX, or financial markets operations.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
