Lifecycle Automations Coordinator

Salary: PHP400-450/hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Lifecycle Automations Coordinator to join our Marketing - Member Experience team. You will help implement automation strategies that enhance customer journeys and improve campaign performance across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for marketing technology, data, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Automation Strategy & Implementation

• Assist in executing lifecycle marketing strategies using SQL and JavaScript.
• Maintain and improve automation workflows.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable marketing tasks.

Marketing Tech Support

• Write and troubleshoot basic JavaScript.
• Collaborate with developers and IT on marketing tech stack integrations.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use SQL for data queries and performance analytics.
• Assist with dashboards and marketing reports.

A/B Testing & Optimization

• Support multichannel testing initiatives and frameworks.
• Help track and analyze test outcomes for optimization.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support new marketing channel rollouts.

Channel Management

• Help manage integrations with email, SMS, bots, push notifications, and more.
• Gain hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript for email development.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain code via version control systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws (e.g., Spam Act, GDPR).

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience.
• Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Basic skills in SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Passion for marketing technology and learning.

Preferred:

• Exposure to A/B testing, project management, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations.
