Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Design Creation: Create compelling and visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, branding materials, advertisements, and presentations.
• Concept Development: Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring the final product aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, Product, and Marketing teams to develop design solutions that meet business goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work is on-brand, maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints, while also pushing creative boundaries.
• Advanced Design Techniques: Utilize advanced design tools and techniques to produce sophisticated and visually striking designs. This includes mastery of typography, layout design, and the use of color theory.
• File Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare and optimize final design files for print and digital media. Ensure files meet production standards, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and the quality of the work remains high.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating exceptional design work across various mediums.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with design tools like Adobe Dimension or SketchUp is a plus.
• Print Design Expertise: Proven experience working with print materials, including brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, and large-format designs. Familiarity with print production processes, file preparation, and print specifications (CMYK, bleed, crop marks).
• Advanced understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to take complex ideas and simplify them into clean, effective designs.
• Strong ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that align with the brand and target audience while maintaining high standards of design excellence.
• A strong eye for detail and precision, ensuring that all design work is polished and accurate, even under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and strategies clearly to non-design stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing your best work, demonstrating your versatility, creativity, and advanced design skills.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, SketchUp, Blender, D5 Render) is a plus but not required.
• Experience in UI/UX is an advantage.
