Web & Graphic Designer (Onsite)

Job Description:

Creative Asset Production:

  • Design and produce digital advertising assets, social media content, POS materials, and landing pages.
  • Ensure creative content aligns with campaign objectives, brand strategy, and the client's marketing goals.
  • Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and adherence to the client and OEM brand guidelines.

Dealership Support:

  • Respond to creative and digital content requests from individual dealerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators and Team Lead to ensure timely delivery of localised marketing assets.
  • Assist dealerships in leveraging creative content to drive engagement, enquiries, and in-store activity.

Asset Library Management:

  • Maintain, organise, and update the client's asset library to ensure all creative resources are easily accessible for the Marketing Team and dealerships.
  • Implement version control, file naming conventions, and archiving processes to maintain a professional and efficient library.

Brand Compliance:

  • Ensure all creative output adheres to the client's brand standards and OEM guidelines.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for visual identity across campaigns, social media, POS, and dealership assets.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and updates to brand and creative standards as required.

Collaboration & Project Support:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Team Lead, and Digital Content & CRM Manager to support campaign execution.
  • Assist in creating cohesive visuals for campaigns, social media, events, and group-level projects.
  • Provide input on creative solutions for campaign challenges, digital experiences, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and user experience principles.
  • Creative thinker, adaptable, and proactive in suggesting visual solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent visual content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a marketing team and external partners.
