We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to own and drive the visual standard of our submissions, presentations, and marketing materials.

This role will work closely with our sales, design, and delivery teams to:
  • Produce highly polished tender submissions and bid documents
  • Create compelling pitch and client presentations
  • Develop clear, consistent marketing and brand assets
You'll be the go-to person for visual communication - turning complex ideas, plans, and project narratives into clear, professional, on-brand material that helps us win work and tell our story in the market.

What You'll Do:
You'll be the kind of person who:

Submissions & Proposals
  • Design and lay out tender submissions, EOIs, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal documents.
  • Translate technical content, plans, and project information into clear, visually engaging documents.
  • Maintain and continuously improve templates for bids, capability statements, and case studies.
  • Ensure all submissions are on-brand, consistent, and delivered on time.
Presentations & Pitch Collateral
  • Design and format client pitch decks, internal presentations, and board/leadership packs.
  • Work with sales and leadership to visually communicate strategy, solutions, and project outcomes.
  • Develop visual frameworks, icons, diagrams, and infographics to support storytelling.
Marketing & Brand
  • Create marketing collateral including project sheets, brochures, social graphics, EDM assets, and event material.
  • Support website and digital content with imagery, graphics, and layouts as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Brand Systems, Templates & Tools
  • Build and maintain a robust suite of templates (InDesign/PowerPoint/Canva or similar) for use across the business.
  • Develop clear guidelines for imagery, typography, and layout to drive consistency.
  • Streamline workflows so teams can self-serve from well-structured, easy-to-use assets.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with sales, design, and project teams to understand requirements and deadlines.
  • Confidently manage competing priorities and communicate timeframes and expectations.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously lift the standard of our visual output.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay across best practice in graphic design, presentation, and digital tools.
  • Introduce smarter ways of working (automation, styles, libraries, etc.) to improve speed and quality.
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to how we present ourselves to clients and the market.
About You

You're a detail-focused, proactive designer who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You're as comfortable polishing a 60-page tender as you are building a sharp, minimal slide deck or a punchy social tile.

You'll be successful in this role if you:
  • Have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Are confident working with both text-heavy and visual documents.
  • Enjoy collaborating with non-designers and translating their ideas into clear visuals.
  • Can balance creativity with pragmatism — delivering high quality work, on time, to brief.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
We're looking for someone who:

Essential
  • 3–5+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong experience in designing documents and presentations (InDesign, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under time pressure.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean, professional layout work and brand application.
Desirable
  • Experience in built environment, construction, design & build, or professional services sectors.
  • Experience designing submissions, tenders, or formal proposals.
  • Familiarity with basic video, motion, or digital content creation (e.g. social content, simple animations).
  • Experience working with or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems.

  • Submissions and proposals delivered on time, to a consistently high visual and brand standard.
  • Improved clarity, professionalism, and impact of pitch decks and client presentations.
  • Consistent application of brand across all documents and marketing collateral.
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on responsiveness, quality, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated improvements in templates, tools, and processes that increase efficiency and reduce rework.
