Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Block 7 Lot 5 & 6, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga

Reports To: Property Management Department Head

Work Setup: Office-based, Full-timeResponsibilities:

• Design Creation: Use Adobe InDesign and Illustrator to create visually appealing layouts and designs for print and digital assets, such as brochures, posters, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and product packaging.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop new design ideas for various projects.
• Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• File Preparation: Prepare and optimize design files for production or web usage, ensuring they are ready for print or digital deployment.
• Revisions and Updates: Make revisions to existing designs based on client or project feedback while maintaining design integrity and quality.
• Multimedia Design: Implements and adapts designs for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, Web Design, with a strong knowledge of design principles and typography.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or other creative software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work across print and digital media.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of printing processes, file formats, and specifications for production.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven professional experience in graphic design.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 8-hour day shift
• Fixed Weekend Off

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview)
