Regional Depot Supervisor

Reporting to the Regional Depot Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities in his/her area. Supervises all Depot/Warehouse Supervisors of Principal(Selcta), ensuring smooth and continuous operations. Sees to it that all branches are compliant with all Selecta standards set through the KPIs

1 Responsible for ensuring that all depots can comply with the daily/monthly KPIs and submit required reports.

Manager and to the designated representative of the principal.

2 Ensures that all branches conduct their daily IRA and resolve inventory variances, if any. Promptly reports established unresolved variances, to the General

3 Oversee operations with regard to preparation of outbound deliveries for the following day.

4 Ensures that all depots are compliant with the standards set with regards to QMS, IMS, FMS, safety and security.

5 Conducts monthly review and presentation of reports to principal with regards to KPI parameters namely - warehouse management, customer service, cost and audit. Recommends action plan to address major issues and concerns to ensure KPI targets are met.
Oversees quarterly wall to wall physical inventory for all depots. Upon request, participates in the inventory count together with principal representatives for a
particular depot. Ensures that all depots conduct the necessary preparations prior to cycle count.

7 Oversees the enforcement of proper practice of safe systems of work, adherence to all QMS standards of the principal, reconciliation with principal's financial concerns relative to all depot operations.

8 Reviews and validates all billings of CLALC to principal with regards to manpower and warehouse operations. Forwards to HR all information on excess overtime, if any, for proper billing to principal. 9. Ensures that all depots are aligned with agreed operational arrangements necessary during holidays, Sunday deliveries and peak months.

10 Oversee daily trade delivery concerns. Acts upon escalated major concerns of Principal.

11 Conducts mentoring and coaching of all depot supervisors for continuous improvement. Ensures regular review of depot reports on manpower concerns and issues.

12 Coordinates with HRD on manpower requirements and sees to it that vacant positions are filled up in compliance to the contract with the principal.

13 Ensures that the necessary support is provided to the principal for filing of government related requirements e.g., business permits, fire safety, sanitary and environmental permits for all branches.

14 Attends meetings conducted by the principal in relation to process improvement initiatives, technological advancement projects and alignment thereof with partners. Cascades accordingly to all depot leads and sees to it that all new initiatives are consistently implemented. streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of targets.

15 Leads in the development of new strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of targets.

16 Takes immediate action on urgent instructions from immediate superior/s and principal. Reviews and presents reports and submits them to management on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, as required.

17 Acts as a responsible representative of the Company to its principal and partners.

18 Ensures that your duties and responsibilities as Regional Depot Supervisor are met.

19 Perform other related functional duties and responsibilities inherent in the position as Regional Depot Supervisor as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
