Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day implementation of NAP augmentation activities in VIS, ensuring compliance with Globe standards, LLD, and RTA requirements.
  • Oversee project execution timelines, quality assurance, and safety compliance at all sites under scope.
  • Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, fiber splicing teams, permitting officers, and ROW officers to resolve issues on ground.
  • Monitor resource allocation, site progress, and material utilization to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Validate design trackers and ensure alignment of design vs. actual implementation before Globe submission.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, punch lists, and project documentation for Globe review.
  • Ensure proper processing of site access (including e-locks of cell towers) and coordination with LGUs, barangays, and electric cooperatives when required.
  • Escalate risks, conflicts, and site blockers to management with proposed solutions.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientation, and quality checks for site crews.
  • Represent FiberHome in client meetings for project progress and issue resolution.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage multiple teams across several sites.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for handling clients, subcontractors, and local stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project monitoring tools (Excel, Tracker systems) and familiar with Globe's project standards.
  • Knowledgeable in fiber optics network deployment (OSP/ISP), NAP augmentation, and ROW/permitting processes.
  • Ability to interpret and validate as-built plans, LLDs, and design trackers.
  • Willing to be deployed across VIS with frequent site visits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in the telecom industry, specifically in OSP fiber implementation or augmentation projects.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role handling project teams, subcontractors, or permitting officers.
  • Experience working with Globe Telecom projects (NAP, FOC, OSP augmentation) is highly preferred.
  • Background in ROW acquisition, LGU permitting, and coordination with electric cooperatives is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in fiber splicing, testing, and quality assurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with handling site access systems (e.g., e-locks of towers).
