Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven QAQC Supervisor who will oversee quality policies, systems, and procedures, and will be responsible for ensuring construction services meet set standards of quality, project specifications, and customer requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering and a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' supervisory experience in quality control for construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or civil works.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and material testing.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage a team, multitask, prioritize workload, and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
