  1. Operational Management:

  2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments, repairs, and maintenance services.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

  5. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities.

  6. Customer Service:

  7. Interact with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide accurate estimates.

  8. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

  9. Ensure that all staff members provide excellent customer service at all times.

  10. Staff Management:

  11. Recruit, train, and supervise automotive technicians, mechanics, and administrative staff.

  12. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members.

  13. Create work schedules and assign tasks based on skills and availability.

  14. Quality Control:

  15. Ensure that all repairs and services meet industry standards and regulations.

  16. Perform quality inspections of completed work to verify accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  17. Implement processes to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

  18. Safety and Compliance:

  19. Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

  20. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to automotive repair and service.
  21. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to adapt processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Major in Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in people and operations management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Schedule: Six days a week (8:30 PM-6:30 PM)
