What You'll Do

You'll lead and optimize the full spectrum of GoTeam's facilities operations, ensuring our workplace is efficient, safe, and ready to support our fast-growing teams.

You will:

  • Oversee all building systems and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and cost-efficient operations
  • Drive business continuity and emergency preparedness programs that protect people and assets
  • Manage vendor partnerships and contracts to ensure compliant, high-quality, timely service delivery
  • Lead the facilities team through planning, coaching, and performance management

This Role Is for You If You Have…

  • Experience 5+ years in facilities or property management
  • Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing vendors

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fi
    eld
  • Preferr
    ed: Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

Certifications

  • Preferr
    ed: DOLE-accredited OSH (BOSH/COSH)

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in facilities management software (CRM/CMS)
  • Skilled in budgeting, vendor management, and preventive maintenance scheduling
  • Able to leverage AI tools to improve processes

Non-Negotiables

  • On-site at HM Tower, IT Park
  • Day Shift (5 AM–2 PM, Mon–Fri; may vary based on business needs)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
