Required Skills and Experiences:

  • At least 3 years' experience in production or application support.
  • Experience monitoring scheduled jobs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting data refreshes.
  • Proficient in SQL, shell scripting, and SSIS with knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
  • Familiar with tools such as CyberArk, GitHub, and certificate/certificate management.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure successful execution.
  • Understand job flows and dependencies to identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot failed jobs and coordinate with developers for data-related problems.
  • Deploy SQL configuration scripts and SSIS packages for promotions.
  • Handle incidents and change requests assigned to the support group.
  • Collaborate with DBA, Windows, Linux, and firewall teams for issue resolution.
  • Resolve issues raised by developers and testers during testing cycles.
  • Support monthly overnight data refreshes from Oracle to SQL Server.
  • Rotate service account passwords manually and monitor CyberArk automation.
  • Assist with monthly Windows Server patching and reboot activities.
  • Schedule and support quarterly automated patching for Linux servers.
  • Write and modify shell scripts based on operational needs.
  • Renew application certificates as required.
  • Support upgrades like SQL Server, Snowflake authentication, and ODBC drivers.
  • Perform GitHub repository maintenance and access control tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php80, Php85,000.00 per month
