Broad Function

Provides clerical, inventory, and planning support to ensure smooth production operations. Assists in monitoring materials, preparing reports, and coordinating with production teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clerical & Documentation Support

  2. Prepare and maintain production records, forms, and reports.

  3. Encode production data, schedules, and output into the system.

  4. File and organize production-related documents for easy retrieval.

  5. Inventory Monitoring

  6. Track raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.

  7. Coordinate with warehouse to update stock levels and material usage.

  8. Report low stock levels to Production Planner/Manager for replenishment.

  9. Production Scheduling Support

  10. Assist in preparing daily/weekly production schedules.

  11. Monitor work orders and job tickets to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  12. Follow up with production teams on job order status.

  13. Forecasting & Planning Assistance

  14. Support in preparing simple forecasts based on historical data and orders.

  15. Gather information from Sales and Production for capacity planning.
  16. Provide input for material requisitions based on forecasted demand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or any related field (or vocational/college level with experience)
  • At least 1–2 years of clerical or production support experience in manufacturing (preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP/MRP system (an advantage).
  • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in coordination with multiple teams.
  • Newly graduate are welcome to apply.
