Skills requirements:

  • With experience or background in mainframe application support or batch operations.
  • Familiar with tools like COBOL, JCL, VSAM, or Easytrieve used for checking and fixing jobs.
  • Knows how to read logs, identify errors, and coordinate fixes with the tech team.
  • Can work well with others and communicate clearly, especially when handling issues.
  • Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree holder

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily batch jobs and online systems, making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Check and fix production issues or job errors quickly to avoid service interruptions.
  • Coordinate with development and business teams to apply fixes, updates, or improvements when needed.
  • Review logs and reports to find the root cause of issues and help prevent them from happening again.
  • Do basic impact checking before any changes or new releases go live.
  • Keep documentation and process notes updated for easy reference and team sharing.
  • Use mainframe tools like COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and Easytrieve as part of your daily support tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
