Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Head Office.
- 1-year of experience specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
- Timekeeping (Store, Head Office, and Warehouse employees)
- Receiving, Sorting, and Filing of Payroll documents
- Encoding of newly hired employees in Timekeeping system
- Retrieving of all attendance logs from biometric devices
- Answers calls and concerns regarding timekeeping and attendance
- Posting attendance details in the leave card (tardiness, under time and leaves)
- Pay slip processing
- Receiving, timekeeping, and checking of third-party billing
