Implement internal accounting controls and procedures

Verify client payments (bank transfers, Gcash, cash on delivery)

Produce monthly sales report based on Shopify

Generate invoices for customers

Support management of institutional accounts by generating billings, tracking pending payments, aging, and open purchase orders

Draft monthly and quarterly financial reports for approval of accountant partner

Manage petty cash

Manage accounts payable (suppliers, utilities, etc.)

Conduct monthly inventory of various SKUs

Process payroll, make payments for statutory benefits, and ensure compliance to PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-Ibig HMDF, and BIR requirements

Perform monthly bank reconciliation

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
