We are a growing bakeshop with multiple branches, committed to serving freshly baked goods and sweet treats to our community. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Accounting Clerk to help support our daily financial operations.

Job Summary

The Entry Level Accounting Clerk will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes across our branches. This role involves basic reconciliation tasks, monitoring cash flow, and occasional branch visits to support inventory and sales audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily sales and expenses using accounting software
  • Assist in reconciling branch inventory and petty cash reports
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits for basic variance checks
  • Monitor and report on branch cash flow and bank deposits
  • Help organize receipts, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Coordinate with branch staff to resolve minor discrepancies
  • Support payroll documentation and government compliance tasks
  • Provide basic summaries of branch performance when needed

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or related field
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to branches occasionally
  • Basic understanding of financial documentation and reporting

Work Setup:

  • Office-based with field visits to branches (Metro Manila)
  • Travel allowance provided for site visits
