The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance, along with excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely billing, contributions, payroll, and payments. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making. Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
