I. JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Associate is responsible in creating sourcing strategies and thinking new recruiting ideas to get the best talent for the organization. This position is responsible in ensuring hiring the right talent at the right time at the right cost for the Operations group.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare itinerary schedule
Prepare job posting in the outlet
Review the vacancy, AWOL and resignation report status
Prepares recruitment materials (application form, exam, office supplies, tarpaulin, flyers etc.)
Prepares OB form, transportation request
Review turn-around time status report to check the result
Maintain pool of applicants
Build network to find qualified passive candidates
Attend career fairs to get talents and develop pooling of candidates
Measure the effectiveness of sourcing channel by updating the report and data analysis
Ensure interview schedule on time (specifically in field work)
Ensure sourcing of talents based from the target
Administer, score and summarize the pre-employment examination
Checks applicant record in the HRIS system
Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements of the applicants prior to endorsement for training
Prepare orientation schedule and communicate with training
Encode applicant list in the filed recruitment report
Prepare 201 file, filing of documents, submit 201 file to training section
Prepare liquidation of report and ensure completeness of documents
Call up applicants if failed to report on the reporting schedule to verify if the applicant is still interested in his application
Advise Immediate Head, HR Unit Head during absence specially when there is OB schedule
Update weekly recruitment report and submit on time
Participate in the section meeting and recommend improvements to the service based from OB field experience
Perform other duty as assigned from time to time
I. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related courses
: Preferably with at six (6) months work related experience from food industry
sourcing, target selection, interview skill, relationship building skills, communication skill, interpersonal relation skill, database management, records keeping
: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS Outlook, HRIS is a plus
Integrity, Responsible, Excellence, Team Player, Committed, Flexible, Resourceful and has Initiative
Willing to travel (80%) and work long hours
II. SCOPE OF DECISION MAKING
§ As advised by the Department Head
III. PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITION
5 days a week at 9.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday
Normal air-conditioned room, well-ventilated working space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,127.90 per month
