Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent work experience); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms, including job portals and social media platforms.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside hiring managers to define position requirements and create recruitment strategies to meet the goals and hiring timelines.
- Take part in strategic planning to coordinate hiring activities to align hiring strategies and recruitment timelines.
- Create well-structured and brand-aligned job postings to attract and secure potential and qualified candidates.
- Lead the job posting across various platforms including job boards, social media, and in-person job fairs, contributing to wide candidate reach.
- Manage all incoming applications via email and phone.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' experience and qualifications.
- Conduct and coordinate aptitude and technical assessments to applicants.
- Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for final interviews by preparing and distributing comprehensive applicant profiles, interview notes, and assessment results.
- Support new hire orientations and actively promote organizational values and policies during onboarding sessions.
- Assist in deploying new hires to their respective departments, ensuring smooth integration and proper documentation.
- Support post-hire admin works/tasks and ensure all files and records were submitted to the appropriate office/department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
