Insurance Sr. Staff

Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the company's insurance policies, claims, and risk
management programs. This role ensures that all insurance policies remain
compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while also
safeguarding company assets through effective risk assessment and mitigation
strategies. The position leads the processing and resolution of complex
insurance claims, coordinates with insurers, legal teams, and stakeholders, and
prepares reports to support senior management decisions. Conducts risk
assessments, participates in internal and external risk engineering surveys, and
engages with industry forums to represent the company.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management or related
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, risk management, or corporate insurance programs.
· Professional certifications and licenses in Insurance (advanced degrees or risk management certifications an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with integrity and discretion.
