Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Cashiering Staff. The Cashiering Staff will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including processing transactions, handling customer inquiries and payments, maintaining accurate cash records, and performing daily reconciliations. The Cashiering Staff will also ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, maintain a high level of customer service, and effectively manage cash flow operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling cash transactions and payments preferrably in a non-life insurance company
  • Proficiency in performing daily cash reconciliations and maintaining accurate cash records
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
