Technical Support Professional AMS

- Application Support: Handle low to medium complexity production support tasks, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve software issues, monitor systems, and escalate complex problems to higher support levels (L2/L3).
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve technical concerns.
- System Monitoring: Ensure application performance and stability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year Course
- Working knowledge Database management (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) Operating systems (Windows, Linux), Programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, VB.NET)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and standard operating procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
